If these terms and conditions are not met, your rebate will not be issued. Please make and keep copies of all materials submitted. Your original documents become the property of DigitalMojo, Inc and will not be returned. Submissions that are invalid submissions will not be returned. Fraudulent Submissions If we feel necessary, DigitalMojo, Inc reserves the right to request additional information from you regarding claims. These claims are subject to review under US Postal regulations. Submitting fraudulent rebate forms could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statues (Title 18, USC Sections 1341 & 1342). Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Rebate Fulfillment Your rebate checks will be remitted in US dollars. Your rebate check will be mailed 10-16 weeks after you have completed the qualifying activity. If you have not received your check within 16 weeks of submitting rebate, please send an email noting the date you submitted you rebate for to sales@qwestdeal.com. In the event of an address, change, it is your responsibility to provide mail forwarding. If you have not cashed or deposited your check after 60 days of issue, any obligation of DigitalMojo, Inc is null and void. We will not issue refund checks.
